GIRLS FLYING THE ENGLAND FLAG
TWO Golden Girls have been named in Lois Filder's England squad for the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup, which gets underway at the end of October.
England have been drawn in Group D alongside Brazil, Nigeria and South Korea and will go into the World Cup off the back of two impressive victories in the first round qualifying of the UEFA Women's U17 European Championship.
Lauren Davey and Sarah Wiltshire received the call-ups after impressing the management with their performances, the pair have tasted being away with the Three Lions before, having already been called-up for the under 19s.
The majority of the World Cup squad were involved in these qualifying matches against Greece, Estonia and Norway and will look to build on this campaign in New Zealand.
