WATFORD have been informed of roadworks that may effect supporters ahead of our fixtures with Darlington and Ipswich Town this week (w/c 25 August).

The A41 Watford between the Dome Roundabout and the roundabout at Hertspring Lane will be closed this evening (Tuesday) from 8pm (for up to seven nights) for all through traffic. The restrictions will be removed early morning around 6am.

There are currently lane restrictions in place along the A41 Watford which will remain in place for up to two weeks. In order to undertake deep excavation works, for safety reasons, both the junction of Westlea Avenue and the junction of Woodmere Avenue are closed where they meet the A41.

Access to Watford via the A41 and on to the A4008 Stephenson Way will be maintained. There will also be access for vehicles heading to the M1 southbound and northbound via the Berrygrove Roundabout at junction 5 of the M1 throughout the works.
