WATFORD man Tommy Smith has been named in the Championship team of the week following his two-goal performance in Saturday's clash with Nottingham Forest.

Smith's strikes twice clawed the Hornets back into the match at the City Ground but the 'Orns couldn't reply for a third time as the Reds came out 3-2 victors.

It was Smith's second and third goals of the season as he firstly followed up Leigh Bromby's deft touch in the penalty area and then side-footed home following Lloyd Doyley's cross from the right hand side.
