OPEN DAY 2008
THE club would like to thank everyone who attended yesterday's (Sunday) Open Day at Westfield Community College.
Those who attend will have seen a first team training session and will also have had the opportunity to purchase the new 2008/09 kit on the first day of general release.
Our Community Sports & Education Trust were on hand all day for lots of fun activities including a penalty shoot out, cross bar challenge and an inflatable speed shot challenge.
Parents also had the opportunity to sign their kids up for one of various summer courses over the forthcoming months.

The first team squad also took part in a lengthy signing session while boss Aidy Boothroyd was there mingling with the crowd outside.

The club's pioneering Academy was also on hand to put on a skills show for supporters while children there had the opportunity to participate on the astroturf too.

A bouncy castle, face painters, and our very own Harry the Hornet was there to keep people entertained on the day.
Finally six of the first team squad took part in the retail cat walk - much to the delight of the crowd!
