OVER the next few days, season ticket holders will be receiving a letter from the club with details about season cards, the Carling Cup fixture with Bristol Rovers and the new turnstiles in the Rookery End.

If you are a new season ticket holder, or a 2007/08 season ticket holder who has moved seats due to the redevelopment, or by choice, you will be receiving a new card through the post over the next couple of days.

If you have renewed your usual seats then, as stated in the renewal documents, we have uploaded your seasonal access onto the same card that you used last season.

Any supporters who lose or destroy their cards can obtain replacements from the Ticket Office for a fee of £5. If you do not have your card, please contact the Ticket Office ahead of matchday as a re-issue can be done over the phone.

The Ticket Office advises all supporters wishing to attend the first fixture of the season against Bristol Rovers to book in advance.

(Auto-cup subscribers have already had this game automatically loaded to their cards).

PLEASE NOTE: Only the Rookery and Rous Stands will be open for this match - supporters who have booked into the Vicarage Road End are being been sent replacement tickets in the Upper Rous for this fixture.

With a lot of season ticket movements over the summer and with all the redevelopment works at the stadium we expect long queues at the Ticket Office on the night.

Those seats normally used by season ticket holders have now been made available for general sale, however the Ticket Office will endeavor to allocate your seat to you when booking if it is still available.

Supporters in the Rookery End should note that the turnstiles at the bottom of Occupation Road have now moved.

A new automated turnstile block with two extra turnstiles is situated just next to the Ticket Office. Simply place your card in the reader and immediately press on the rotating turnstile to gain access.
