YOUTH CHANCE TO SHINE

Posted on: Wed 25 Jul 2007

DAVID Dodds takes charge of tonight's fixture against St Albans and it will give Aidy Boothroyd's eyes and ears a chance to peruse some of Watford's younger players.

The Academy Manager will also have some more familiar faces in the mix with Steve Kabba and Al Bangura at his disposal.

Dodds said:
"I'll be looking to get the fringe players match fit and to also give the promising second year scholars a chance to work with professional players against good quality opposition.

"St Albans will be out to prove that they've got the ability to go back into the Conference at the first attempt and it should be a good test for our boys."

Directions to the ground can be found here.
