- Jonathan Hogg missed the Spurs cup tie after suffering a minor recurrence of his knee injury which kept him out of the Reading home match on January 14
- Martin Taylor suffered a set-back of breaking a toe in a reserves friendly, having recovered from a collarbone injury he picked up v Crystal Palace in mid-October.
- Stephen McGinn is still progressing well with his rehab, joining in with parts of training now, after a serious knee injury sustained at Doncaster back in February.
Suspensions
In a similar vein to 2010-11, players will receive an instant one-match suspension should they be booked five times upto & including Sat Dec 31, 2011.
Should a player accrue 10 yellow cards by the second Sunday in April 2012, an automatic and immediate two-match ban will be served.
