Purchasing Limits
We have taken into account the feedback we received when tickets went on sale for the last concert back in November 2004.

We were very cautious in the purchasing limits for each fan, as it was impossible to predict the anticipated demand, however we have learnt from this experience and along with trying to make it easier for fans to book, we are looking to lighten the demand created on our IT infrastructure which comes under huge strain.

With that in mind we are allowing purchases of up to 20 online or by phone. When booking we will only ask for the lead Fan ID number and all tickets will be dispatched to this person. We hope that families and groups of fans will find this a lot easier and a calmer booking process!

Group Bookings
To take it one stage further, we have designed a Group Booking form for purchases of 21 or more tickets. This form is available for Season Ticket holders only and is available now.

By providing this form we are again trying to add convenience and take away the peak demand when tickets first go on sale.
The group booking forms will be processed by the Ticket Office staff on the first day of sale (Monday 9 November) so does not offer priority booking.

Tickets will be allocated on a best available basis within the price band/s desired and will be grouped in the most suitable way e.g. 30 tickets issued as 3 rows of 10 seats or 2 rows of 15 etc.

Furthermore, each form will be dealt with independently meaning separate forms submitted cannot be combined. A booking fee of £20.00 will be automatically allocated to group bookings. To access the group booking form please click here.

Disabled Ticketing and Access
We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to meet the needs of disabled visitors to Vicarage Road and not to discriminate between disabled and non-disabled persons.

Disabled wheelchair users or ambulant persons will be situated on raised platforms between the Lower Rous and pitch seating areas. These areas will be fully accessible and will provide an uninterrupted view of the stage when those situated on the pitch are standing up.

If you require this special provision you are asked to contact Joanne Simonds on 01923 496250 between Monday 2 November and Friday 6 November.

Please leave a clear message stating your name, Fan ID number (where applicable), and daytime contact phone number. Your details will be logged and you will be called back before or during the ticket sales process to confirm your booking or take any additional information that may be required.

For deaf or hearing impaired persons who wish to book through a text telephone, the Club can be contacted through our minicom system on 01923 255091

No concessionary ticket prices are available for this event. However, where a disabled person attending the concert requires the support of a personal assistant to care for their specific needs, the personal assistant will be admitted without charge.
